TikTok Shop affiliate order statuses explained: Pending, Settled, Not eligible, Frozen

Your affiliate orders page in TikTok Shop puts every order into one of four statuses. Here's what TikTok's US Shop Academy says each one means, and what to do about it in your own records.

StatusWhat TikTok says it meansWhat to do
PendingThe order is still processing. You can withdraw your commission once the order is delivered and settled; delivery time varies with shipping.Log it as estimated, not earned. Note the order date so you can watch for delivery.
SettledThe order is complete and you can withdraw your commission.Mark it earned and record the actual commission next to your estimate.
Not eligibleThe order was canceled or refunded. No commission is earned.Zero it out in your tracker so your totals don't overstate what's coming.
FrozenThe order is subject to platform risk control. TikTok says to contact customer service for details.Flag it, note the date you contacted support, and don't count it until it changes.

How long Pending usually lasts

For orders created after April 15, 2025, TikTok says you typically receive commission on the 15th day after the order delivery date. It can take up to 31 days after delivery if the seller's settlement period is longer, and commission isn't paid until any dispute, refund or return request is resolved. New orders usually show up on the affiliate orders page within a few minutes, though TikTok says big promotions can delay that without affecting your earnings or settlement period.

Why a Settled amount can be lower than the estimate

TikTok says "Est. commission" is an estimate that doesn't account for refunds, and the actual commission is (Revenue − Refunds) × Commission Rate. A partial refund lowers it; a full refund or cancellation makes the order Not eligible. If you're under a tiered order threshold, the estimate shows the lower tier until the threshold is reached. You can check the math in our commission calculator.

Withdrawing

Per the same TikTok page: if all your commissions come from local products, you can withdraw manually at any time. If you also earn commissions on cross-border products, all future commissions are auto-withdrawn every Wednesday.

A simple weekly routine

  1. Open the affiliate orders page and filter by status.
  2. Move anything newly Settled to earned, with the actual amount.
  3. Zero out anything that turned Not eligible.
  4. List any Frozen orders and whether you've contacted support.
  5. Check Pending orders older than 31 days after delivery; those are worth asking the seller or support about.
